1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

• You received a wrong product, defective item, or the product arrived damaged.

• You contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the item.

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags (if any).

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

• Products damaged after delivery

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered

• Color differences due to lighting/screen variations

• Size issues (unless we delivered the wrong size)

3. Exchange Policy (7 Days Exchange)

We offer a 7 Days Exchange for eligible items.
You can exchange your product within 7 days if:

• The product is unused and in original condition

• You want a different size or design (subject to availability)

Note:

• Exchange is allowed only once per order.

• Customer bears the delivery charge for size/design exchange unless it was our mistake.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only when:

• The ordered product is out of stock

• Replacement or exchange options are unavailable

• We delivered the wrong item or defected product and you prefer a refund instead of exchange

Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the order.
Please allow 5–10 working days for processing.

2. Share your order details and photos/videos as proof

3. We will review and guide you through the process

6. Shipping Costs

• If it’s our mistake (wrong/defective item), we cover the return or replacement shipping.

• For size/design exchange, customers cover the delivery charge.

7. Final Sale Items

Items labeled Non-Refundable / No Return cannot be returned or exchanged.
